Online Registration¶
You can order and set up DiKAS directly online yourself — no phone call, no waiting. Your own cloud POS is ready in just a few minutes.
How to get started
Open www.dikas.de and click Try now, or go directly to the registration page. The wizard walks you step by step through the setup.
The Setup Wizard¶
Registration consists of seven short steps. Your entries are saved along the way — you can pause at any time and continue later.

| 1. Package | Plan (e.g. Basic, Gastro), number of workstations, and billing period (monthly/yearly). All prices net, plus VAT. |
| 2. TSE | Type of Technical Security Unit: cloud TSE (monthly fee, ready immediately) or Swissbit (hardware stick, one-time purchase) |
| 3. Account | Your email address. You receive a confirmation link — no password needed |
| 4. Company data | Company, address, and — if applicable — your VAT ID |
| 5. Online name | Your desired address where your POS will be reachable (e.g. my-pos). Availability is checked immediately |
| 6. Legal & payment | Agreement to the terms of service, privacy policy, and right of withdrawal, plus choice of payment method |
| 7. Done | Your instance address, the installation key, and your login details |
Confirming Your Email (Magic Link)¶
After entering your email address, we send you a confirmation link. One click is all it takes — you don't need to remember a password. Only after confirmation is your order linked to your account.
Didn't get an email?
Check your spam folder. For security reasons, the number of emails sent per hour is limited — if needed, wait a moment before trying again.
Payment¶
In the Legal & payment step, you confirm the terms of service, privacy policy, and right of withdrawal, and choose how to pay:
- Card — payment runs encrypted through our payment provider (Stripe); card details are never stored by DiKAS. Your POS is ready immediately.
- Bank transfer (on invoice) — you receive the invoice by email; the POS is activated as soon as payment is received.

Your POS Is Ready¶
After completion, you receive:
- the address of your POS (e.g.
https://my-pos.next.dikas.de), - your username and password,
- an installation key for setting up additional devices.
This information is also sent to you by email. Then log in and set up your business — see First Login and Basic Setup for how.
Keep your login details safe
Write down your username, password, and installation key in a secure place. You can change the password in the settings after your first login.
