2. Hosting¶
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the provider; accordingly, Hetzner Online GmbH is also a recipient of the data arising in the process. No transfer to third countries takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision).
3. SSL/TLS Encryption¶
For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar and the lock icon of your browser.
4. Server Log Files¶
When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded in server log files: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. We process this data to ensure system security and stability and to ward off attacks; it is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free presentation and security). Retention period: The server log files are automatically deleted after 30 days at the latest.
5. Cookies, Tracking and Embedded Third Parties¶
This documentation website uses no cookies, no tracking and no web analytics. The search runs entirely locally in your browser; fonts are loaded from our own server. No third-party content is embedded (no external fonts, maps, videos or CDNs) — therefore no data is transmitted to third parties when the pages are accessed.
6. Your Rights¶
You have the right at any time to access your stored data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), to object to processing based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (Art. 21) and to withdraw consent given with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular with the supervisory authority responsible for us: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach. 7. Objection to Advertising Emails¶
We hereby object to the use of the contact data published in the legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising.
8. Retention Period¶
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent this.
