Card Payment: Which Solution Fits?¶
DiKAS accepts card payments in several ways. This page shows at a glance what each solution is, what it needs and where the detailed guide is.

For Switzerland and Austria, also see Payment terminals Switzerland.
Which Solution Fits Me?¶
- You already have a terminal from your bank or payment provider with POS integration (ZVT): → ZVT terminal.
- You want to take payments without extra hardware and work with Android devices: → SoftPOS or Softpay. Which one depends on who holds your merchant account.
- POS and card reader should not be on the same network: → Stripe Terminal or SumUp Solo. Both only need internet.
- You already have a Stripe or SumUp account: → the matching cloud solution.
Not possible
The SumUp Air and SumUp Tap to Pay are not supported by DiKAS at the moment.
Setup Overview¶
All solutions are created in the same place: Admin → Settings → Hardware → Payment options. There you add a terminal, give it a name and select the matching type; the mask shows the further fields depending on the type. Check the connection with Check status and a small test payment. The guides above describe each type step by step.
